1. What TabRank is
TabRank (the "Site") publishes editorial reviews, scores and general information about free browser games. Everything on the Site is opinion and information, offered as-is. Scores reflect our reviewers' assessment at the time of testing and can change without notice.
2. Third-party games
The games we list are made, operated and supported by third-party publishers. When you press "Play" you leave the Site. Registration, gameplay, purchases, support and data handling from that point are governed by the publisher's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
Some links are affiliate links. If you register through one, the publisher may pay us a commission. This does not change the price you pay, which is nothing, and does not influence our reviews.
3. Using the Site
- Use the Site lawfully and for its intended purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or disrupt its operation.
- Do not scrape or bulk-copy content beyond what a search engine would normally index.
- Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material.
4. Content and trademarks
Our reviews, scoring method, illustrations and site design are ours. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the Site. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and are used only to identify the games reviewed.
5. No warranty, limited liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or of any game or website it links to.
6. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The date above shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
